offers a limited warranty on all of the tankless water heaters and
shower heaters sold. Limits include 1 year on part for gas and electric
tankless water heaters, and 6 months parts on the Mini Marey, and
Aquamatic shower heaters. Improper installation or misuse
will void your warranty.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you have a professional install you new
tankless water heater. Improperly installing your tankless water heater
could increase the risk of injury or damage your heater rendering it
non-functional.

IMPORANT! A
warranty
registration must be completed within thirty (30) days of
the purchase, and mailed to Marey Heater corportation. Failure to do so
could result in the voiding of the product warranty provided by Marey
Heater Corp.
TanklessHQ.com, Rickstankless.com and Ecofreaky.com are not providers
of the warranty on
any of the products sold, and will not accept any product as a return
for exchange, refund or repair. All warranty coverage is provided by
Marey
Heater Corp.
If you are returning your Marey tankless water heater for warranty
coverage, you must first complete the Merchandise Return Form and get
authorization to send the unit back. Unauthorized returns will
not be processed.
If you have purchased an extended warranty through SquareTrade
Warranties see details here or any
other extended warranty provider, that provider will facilitate any and
all repairs, replacements or refunds for the product.
You should receive a warranty
registration card with your
product. In the event you do not receive one, please follow this
